The City of Sarnia and the Chief Administrative Officer, Margaret Misek-Evans have mutually agreed to part ways. Sarnia City Council reported out of the in-camera meeting held on Monday, December 17: “We would like to thank Ms. Evans for her years of service and wish her well in the future.”

“After 5 years of service, I will be leaving the Chief Administrative Officer position effective December 31, 2018 with my last day in the office as December 20, 2018. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the citizens of Sarnia and work with tremendously capable people who work hard to progress the city. I wish Sarnia well in the future, with continued progress on the issues of today and growth for tomorrow,” says Margaret Misek-Evans.
