IT Client Services Analyst
Information Technology Division
Reporting to the IT Client Services Manager, this position will be part of the IT Client Services team and will be responsible for providing superior front-line technical support to all City of Sarnia users. The IT Client Services team is responsible for making sure every user experience across all City of Sarnia staff is as positive as possible.

A post-secondary diploma in Computer Sciences with a focus on infrastructure, networking and operating systems and 2-3 years related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must be able to troubleshoot effectively
- Public relations, customer service and strong communication skills
- Windows Desktop
- Microsoft Office suite
- Information Security
- Mobile Devices (Android and iOS)
- Print, fax and scanning devices
- Linux Desktop considered an asset

Closing Date: July 31, 2017
Salary Range: $26.75/hour - $41.16/hour (2016 rates)
