Manager of Development and Transportation
Under the general direction of the City Engineer, the Manager of Development & Transportation oversees the administration of development and transportation projects for the City. This could include rezoning site plans, subdivisions, transportation projects (including the implementation of the Transportation Master Plan), and the preparation of engineering comments for each of these. This position must work in collaboration with the Manager of Construction, the Manager of Design and Infrastructure and the Manager of Operation Services to manage Engineering projects and the Engineering Department as a whole. A University Degree with a major in Civil Engineering; current registration with Professional Engineers Ontario as a P.Eng.; a minimum of 4-6 years progressively responsible civil engineering experience related to municipal engineering and public works; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Salary Range: $87,068 - $108,836 per annum (2016 rates)
